In-house injection molding and toolmaking
Plastic Injection Molding
We manufacture custom plastic parts, from trial samples to series production. Working from your drawings or 3D models, we design and manufacture molds and set up production to meet your part requirements.

22 molding machines
Our own equipment for manufacturing plastic parts.
50–650 t
Clamping force range of our injection molding machines.
In-house molds
Mold design, manufacturing and modification.
Custom plastic part manufacturing
The production approach depends on whether a mold is available, the design documentation and your planned production volume.
Full production cycle
From your specification to finished plastic parts: we review the design, develop and manufacture the mold, run trials and organize subsequent molding.
Mold manufacturingMolding with an existing mold
We can assess production using a customer-supplied mold. Before accepting the project, we check machine compatibility, mold condition, material and part requirements.
Trial batches and series production
Trial molding lets us check mold performance and agree on samples before series production. Batch size and economic feasibility are assessed for the specific part and mold.
Production capabilities

Equipment selected for your part
Our fleet of 22 Arburg, Bole, Engel and Haitian injection molding machines, with clamping forces from 50 to 650 tonnes, allows us to select equipment for each production task.
- We consider mold design and dimensions.
- We agree on the material, part geometry and quality requirements.
- We set up the molding process for the agreed production volume.

Materials for injection molding
We select polymers according to mechanical loads, temperature, chemical resistance and surface appearance requirements.
PE · PP
Polyethylene and polypropylene
For housings, lids, containers and technical components. Chemical resistance, flexibility and rigidity depend on the material grade.
PS · ABS · SAN
Styrenic plastics
For housings and components. We select the grade based on strength, appearance and operating conditions.
PA
Polyamides
For technical parts subject to mechanical loads. Properties depend on the polymer grade and any fillers.
PC
Polycarbonates
For parts requiring impact strength and rigidity. Suitability is assessed against the requirements of the specific part.
POM, filled polymers and other specialty materials are assessed individually. If the material has not yet been selected, we can help review options against your specification.
From inquiry to finished batch
We agree on technical requirements, tooling and production conditions at each stage.
Inquiry review
We receive drawings, a 3D model or a specification and clarify the material, quantity and intended use.
Technical assessment
We assess design suitability for molding, the required mold and feasibility on our equipment.
Quotation
We prepare a proposal based on the documentation, material, tooling and planned batch.
Production setup
We manufacture the mold if needed, select the machine, run trials and agree on samples.
Molding and inspection
We produce parts and inspect their characteristics against the documentation and agreed acceptance criteria.
Product delivery
We deliver the finished parts under the agreed supply terms.
What determines the price per part
We calculate costs for each order. Both part characteristics and production conditions affect the quotation.
How injection molding costs are calculated- Plastic material and part weight
- Mold design and number of cavities
- Cycle time and required molding machine
- Batch size and additional operations
Quality control and mold support

In-house toolmaking
We manufacture, repair and modify molds at our facility. This helps align tooling design with the molding process and resolve technical issues during production setup.
About our mold manufacturingPart inspection
Our quality control department checks dimensions, appearance and other characteristics against the documentation and agreed requirements.
Mold trials
We test tooling on our own molding machines and produce trial parts. The results inform any adjustments to the mold or molding parameters.
Mold maintenance
Repair, maintenance and storage terms are agreed with the customer according to the project requirements.
The company has a quality management system certified by TÜV Thüringen to ISO 9001:2015.
Questions before ordering
Can I order parts without an existing mold?
Yes. We can design and manufacture a mold and then injection mold the plastic parts. To get started, send drawings, a 3D model or a technical specification.
Can you use a customer-supplied mold?
We assess this individually after checking compatibility with our molding machines, mold condition, material and part requirements.
Do you manufacture small batches?
Small-batch feasibility and pricing are assessed individually. Economic viability depends on mold availability, material, part complexity and order quantity.
What affects the cost of injection molding?
Key factors are material and part weight, mold design and cavity count, cycle time, required equipment, additional operations and batch quantity.
Which plastics do you work with?
We work with polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenic plastics, polyamides and polycarbonates. The specific grade and suitability of specialty or filled polymers are assessed against the project requirements.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send drawings, a 3D model or a specification. Include the material or required properties, planned quantity, quality requirements and whether a mold is available. We can clarify missing details with you.
